The Boreal Forest
... and yet here you are. You can hear your own heartbeat, but you can't quite feel it anymore. Frightening, but not as frightening as the large tracks you see ahead of you. Could be fresh, you think. Fresh... Yeti tracks. Wouldn't that be something? Yetis... here and alive. Children's stories, and yet you're looking at a massive footprint. No, it can't be a yeti. Perhaps its a frost giant, come to wander down below the mountains.
If only you were so lucky.
