The Rolling Grasslands outside Greenest. You travel through it probably about 5 in the first half of Hoard of the Dragon Queen. Twice in Chapter 2, twice in Chapter 3 (assuming you go back to greenest with loot and info), and once more at the start of Chapter 4 (assuming you went back to Greenest).
